The setting is marvellous and perfect, very close to the railway station, the restaurant, and many sights within walking distance. The staff at the reception are friendly and very helpful. it's conveniently located near Southover Grange Gardens.

Modern accommodation, the breakfast was great, unbeatable location in the town center. Location: the hotel was very close to shops, cafes, restaurants, the castle and so on, Close to the center many sights within wwalking distance and the outdoor cafes which are nearby during the summertime.

The room here was nicely decorated and of great quality, featuring a comfortable double bed. 🛏️.

I received a room facing the main street, which on Friday & Saturdays is noisy due to revelers living it up in the outdoor cafés which are nearby during the summertime. This made sleeping difficult - and I recommend requesting a room facing the inner courtyard if sleep is important.

We were unfortunate to share the hotel with a noisy group but they managed to shut them up on time.

This hotel was truly mind-blowing! It was super centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the castle. The room we had was perfect and conveniently close to the lift, making it easy for my friend who has trouble walking. The room had a reasonable and nice vintage feel, with a kettle and even an ironing board and iron available. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The icing on the cake was the sauna and spa bath, which were a jaw-dropping addition to our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options. Also, the Wi-Fi actually worked! Can't wait to visit again!
